• Your name and phone number when you complete our valuation form.
• Campaign and attribution data (UTM parameters, Google Click ID), the page URL and the referring page.
• Call records if you phone us.
• Analytics data via Microsoft Clarity — only if you consent.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To respond to your valuation request and arrange your sale — steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests.
• To measure which adverts generate enquiries — our legitimate interests.
• Website analytics — your consent.

Who we share it with

Our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) and our website hosting providers, who act as processors on our behalf; and Microsoft (Clarity) if you consent to analytics. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).

How long we keep it
